Full refund if cancelled 48 or more hours before showtime. No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of showtime.

Is the venue suitable for children?

Vietnamese Cultural Dinner Show welcomes children. The other active evening shows are adults-only. Children always use the same ticket price as adults.

What payment methods are accepted?

Visa, Mastercard, and JCB (online via OnePay hosted checkout), and cash on arrival.

How early should I arrive?

Doors open 60 minutes before showtime (6:30 PM). We recommend arriving early to enjoy pre-show drinks and settle in.

Can I book for a large group?

Groups of 7 or more should contact us directly for special arrangements.

What is the dress code?

Smart casual. No specific dress requirements, but we recommend comfortable elegant attire for the dinner theatre experience.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes, we accommodate vegetarian, vegan, halal, and gluten-free diets. Please note any dietary requirements when booking, and our kitchen will prepare suitable alternatives.

Where is House of Legends located?

46 Ung Van Khiem Street, My An Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District, Da Nang City, Vietnam. We are within walking distance of the Dragon Bridge in Da Nang's tourist district.

Is parking available?

Street parking near the venue is limited. Ride-hailing (Grab, taxi) is recommended and can drop off directly at the entrance.

How long do shows last?

Most shows run 90 to 120 minutes, depending on the programme. Dinner is served before and during the show.

What happens if I arrive late?

Late seating may be delayed to avoid disrupting the performance. Please arrive on time for the best experience.

Can I take photos during the show?

Photo rules can vary by performance. The host or floor team will advise on the night. A professional souvenir photo package is also available for purchase during your visit.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, House of Legends is wheelchair accessible. Please contact us in advance so we can arrange the best seating for your needs.

Is there a bar service?

Yes, the bar is open from 5:30 PM on show nights and during the performance. Signature cocktails and beverages are available. Drinks are not included in the ticket price unless part of a selected bundle or pack.

Can I book the venue for a private event?

Yes, House of Legends is available for private events, corporate functions, and special celebrations. Submit inquiries via https://houseoflegends.vn/en/inquiry/private-events.

What currency do you accept?

All prices are in Vietnamese Dong (VND). We accept payment via credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB) through our secure online checkout, and cash on arrival.

What is included in the dinner show package?

Dinner show packages include a curated set menu of 3 to 5 courses blending Vietnamese and international cuisine, plus full show admission. Wine, champagne, and cocktail pairings are available as add-ons during booking. Vegetarian, vegan, and allergy-friendly options available with advance notice.

How do I modify or cancel my booking?
